H. Clarke Mixon, Partner

Clarke is well known for his organizational and trial advocacy skills. Our local judges often refer to him as "Chart Mixon" because of his relentless preparation of demonstrative aid's for his clients. Clarke limits his legal practice to family law with an emphasis on child custody. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar Association in 1990 and received an award for Outstanding Volunteer Attorney of the Year in Craighead County in 2008.

Aaron D. Heller, Partner

Aaron is a Jonesboro native, having graduated from Arkansas State University before graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law where he served as the Articles Editor for the UALR Law Review. Upon graduation, Aaron served as the law clerk for Justice Ron Sheffield of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Aaron is experienced in both litigation and transactional work and has years of experience representing Arkansas families and businesses. Aaron has also served two terms as the chairman of the Elder Law section of the Arkansas Bar Association and is a member of the Craighead County and Arkansas Bar Associations. Aaron's AVVO rating is 9.4 of 10.

Haley Smith

Haley is a native of Monette, Arkansas. She graduated from Buffalo Island Central High School before attending Arkansas Tech University from where she graduated with honors before attending the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. For the past two years, Haley has practiced in Searcy, Arkansas where she gained experience both in and out of the courtroom. She practices primarily family law focusing mainly on both contested and uncontested divorces, modification of child custody, adoptions and guardianships. Haley is also a certified Attorney Ad Litem.
